La Revista Especializada “Justicia Electoral y Democracia” es un producto institucional, que el Tribunal Contencioso Electoral publica de manera peri\u00f3dica desde el 2014, con el objeto de promover la difusi\u00f3n del conocimiento, pensamiento y la opini\u00f3n de autores nacionales e internacionales en diversas tem\u00e1ticas relacionadas con: el estudio de los \u00f3rganos electorales, la normativa y procedimientos que se aplican en la contienda electoral, el funcionamiento del sistema democr\u00e1tico, los derechos de participaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica y la justicia electoral, a trav\u00e9s de aportes de corte acad\u00e9mico y doctrinario.<\/p>\n
